This study is necessary to estimate the prevalence of sexist and sexual violence and the needs of victims.
Within the framework of this survey, only the Observatory's Data Analysis Department will have access to your answers, which will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. This work will result in the drafting of a public report in which the information will be pseudonymised, and all information will be provided in such a way that you cannot be identified.
Your consent is required for the collection and analysis of your testimonial. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and your data will be deleted.
Questions marked with an asterisk in the survey must be completed. Otherwise, it will be impossible to validate the survey.
Because this survey deals with issues of gender-based and sexual violence, sensitive data may be collected. You are free to choose whether or not to answer these questions. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Your personal data will be retained for a maximum of one year after the report is published, then they will be deleted.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Law (“Informatique et libertés”), and to ensure the protection of your data, they will be held in a pseudonymised form and we will not be able to identify you. You still retain the right to object to the processing of your data and may withdraw your consent at any time. In order to exercise your rights, we may ask for personal information to identify your data. These personal data will not be stored.
